The Role
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living — bathing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care.
- Provide memory care and companionship for seniors in their homes or assisted living communities.
- Remind clients to take prescribed medications.
- Transport clients to appointments and errands.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment with light housekeeping.
- Collaborate with families and care teams to follow individualized care plans.
What We're Looking For
Requirements & Qualifications
- No prior experience required — we will train you for every task.
- Reliable transportation to travel across Wake Forest and North Wake County.
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient with seniors.
- CNAs, HHAs, and experienced caregivers are especially welcome.
- Comfortable assisting with personal care, memory care, and companionship.
- Knowledge of working with individuals living with dementia is highly desirable.
- Must be available to interview in person at our Wake Forest office.
